Ronald McDonald Family Room^®

The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms are located on the third Floor of McMaster Children's Hospital (behind the red elevators in 3G and behind the yellow elevators in 3X).

The Family Rooms are an extension of the services that are available at the House, providing a comfortable environment when leaving the hospital is not an option. Whether you are looking for a cup of coffee or wanting to take part in an activity, the Family Rooms provide a welcome respite. Laundry and kitchenette facilities are also available for family use.

Family Room Hours:     Please note our Red Section Family Room is open daily from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The Yellow Section Family Room is open Monday - Friday  8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Family Room Amenities: Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks Kitchenette with a toaster and microwave Dining area Sitting areas with television and fireplace Laundry facilities Computer access with internet (Family Room in yellow section only) The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms also offers various programming including movie nights, crafts and theme parties.
